POLICIES:  As a guest of The Garrison you are responsible to make yourself familiar with and to abide by our policies. If you have any questions about any of our policies please contact us before making a reservation.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Cottages:

• You must be 25 or older in order to reserve at the Garrison.
• For cottage rentals a deposit of 50% of your stay is required.
• Cancellations received 45 days or less from arrival will forfeit their deposits. Cancellations more than 45 days in advance will get a refund less a $100 cancel charge.
• To make reservations for any of our cottages you will need to contact us directly.

Motel Rooms, Efficiencies & Luxury Suites

• You must be 25 or older in order to reserve at the Garrison.
• You are guaranteeing your reservation by providing your credit card number and expiration date. Your card will be charged a deposit for the first half of your stay.  For one night stays the entire charge is taken at the time of booking. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice the hotel keeps the original deposit for your reservation. Cancellations 10 or more days outside of a scheduled arrival date result in a $20 processing fee.  Please be aware the hotel collects the balance due on your reservation upon checkin.  There are no refunds for early checkouts.
• To make reservations for our motel rooms, efficiencies or luxury suites please use our secure online reservation system.

• Payment is due upon arrival. Personal checks will not be accepted at check-in.
• We accept most major credit cards.

• Check-in time is 2PM to 9PM for our guest rooms and 3PM to 9PM for our cottages
• Rooms are guaranteed until 6 PM. Please advise if arriving after 6:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM for all accommodation types.

• No pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet locally.

•  No smoking inside; however,  SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTDOORS IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY.  SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN FRONT OF YOUR ROOM.  A $200 charge will be assessed if you smoke in your room or in front of your room.  Smoking indoors is grounds for immediate ejection from property with no refund.
